Q1. Is MetaMask account necessary to log in to SL:U?

A : No. When creating an account at SL:U, you do not need an existing cryptocurrency wallet. You can create an account with your SNS account (Google, Facebook, Twitter), and when you create an account, a wallet is automatically created.

Q2. Can I import my SL:U wallet into MetaMask?

A : Yes it is possible. You can import it using the private key.

Q3. How much test token USDC can I receive per day(Open Beta)?

A : The maximum tUSDC you can receive per day is 300 tUSDC.

Q4. If users don't spend tUSDC, can they not participate in SL:U at all?

A : No. We provide one E-grade gate key free of charge every day to all users. Additionally, users can participate in the Lucky Box event that appears on the SL:U home screen every 20 minutes to receive a chance to win Gate Keys or Essence Stones.

Q5. Can the Lucky Box be found anywhere on the SL:U platform?

A : No. During the beta service period, it can only be found on the SL:U home screen. After the official opening, we plan to update the Lucky Box so that you can find it on more pages.

Q6. It is said that there are no user fees when using SL:U. How is this possible?

A : SL:U utilizes Avalanche mainnet to provide services for free. It operates a subnet of Otherworld called Space and has a system for paying fees using a token called Fuel.

Q7. Can I receive the reward right away when I open the gate?

A : When the user opens the gate, a random box appears there. If you open the random box, you can receive rewards such as monster cards and Essence stones.

Q8. Do I need a gate key to open a random box?

A : No, the random box opens automatically over time. However, if you want to open the random box as soon as you get it, you can use a Essence stone.

Q9. I'm trying to rank up in SL:U, but I'm curious how the rank up is progressing.

A : If you go to the “Ranking” tab in SL:U, you can check your level score. Please check out the visual graph to help you estimate how long it will take to reach the next level.

Q10. Can I get the Shadow Army if I work hard to clear the gate?

A : Once you clear the gate and obtain an S-rank monster card, you can obtain a Shadow Army card through an upgrade in the “Leveling” tab in SL:U. At this time, Essence stones are consumed. If you successfully upgrade a monster card, you can get a B-rank Shadow Army. If you successfully upgrade a B-rank Shadow Army, you can get an A-rank shadow army. Lastly, if the upgrade of the A-rank Shadow Army is successful, you can obtain the S-rank Shadow Army.

Q11. Doesn't attempting an upgrade guarantee that it will succeed?

A : Upgrading from an E-rank monster card to an S-rank monster card is 100% successful. However, there is a possibility of failure when upgrading an S-rank monster card to a B-rank Shadow Army, and if you fail, the S-rank monster card or the B- and A-rank Shadow Army will not be incinerated, and only the Essence stones will be consumed.

Q12. Can users compete in the top 100 of SL:U seasons as soon as they sign up?

A : When users reach S rank, they gain the right to be in the Top 100. Even if you reach S rank, you cannot enter the top 100 if there are more than 100 users with a higher SL:U score than you.

Q13. How is a user's season score determined?

A : The season score is the sum of the user's activity score and collection score. Activity scores can be obtained when users clear gates or participate in leveling activities, and collection scores vary depending on the monster cards, Essence stones, Shadow Army, etc. that the user has.

Q14. Can I purchase Shadow Monarch later through Minting? How many in total will be issued?

A : A total of 10,000 Shadow Monarchs will be issued, and rather than being purchased through minting, they will be airdropped based on the rankings of users in the Top 100 on SL:U. Users can also participate in the Lucky Draw Game to receive an Airdrop of the Shadow Monarch.
